How to Build a Setcard That Gets a Reply in 48 Hours
Your GYMDNA setcard is your profile, your CV, and your portfolio in one place. Employers see it before they see you. Here’s how to make it work.
1. Lead With a Video Intro
A 60-second video beats any written bio. Gyms want to hear how you speak, present yourself, and explain your approach. Record it in good light, with clear audio, and no background noise.
2. Show Certifications Up Front
REPs UAE, ACE, NASM, UK Level 3 — whatever you have, list it. If a cert is in progress, say so and give the expected completion date.
3. Quantify Your Results
Don’t just say “good with clients.” Say “averaged 25 PT sessions per week” or “helped 40+ members hit weight-loss goals in 12 weeks.”
4. Upload Clear Documents
A one-page CV, a professional photo, and any specialty certs. Make sure filenames are readable: “John-Doe-CV-2026.pdf” not “IMG_1234.pdf”.
5. Set Your Availability Honestly
“Immediate” gets the most interest, but “1 month” is fine if you’re upfront. Employers prefer honesty over surprises.
Most applications get ignored because the setcard is incomplete. Take 10 minutes to finish yours and you’ll already be ahead of most candidates.
